She is found out near where you first port into Cresant Reach as a Druid. She is up in the trees, as are the other Dragons. Go up the ramp and to your left and there is a lift there. Click the "button" like other elevators to get it to go up. When you have talked to the Council Member of your Color as a Drakkin and done the short quests required, then you will go speak to Msyphar. She has something to say and you say Steps? back to her and she will give you a quest to do. You will repeat "Steps" each time you complete a quest to get the next one.

The first one is to Kill the Named Spider that is Level 5 in Hollows. Second Quest is to kill Charbones, on the 3rd floor of Cresant Reach, There is a tent and a couple of skeletons in the room. The Third Quest, that my drakkin is on now is to Kill BloodMaw in the hollows. Go into the Water, and when you see what appears to be a "dam" of sorts, and a ramp, go up out of the water and begin walking straight back. Go slightly over to the left and up and you should make it into the caves. Bloodmaw is in the last room of the Bear Caves.
