Just want to give some people hope. These npc's are still in Sverag, and I don't know about other servers, but they roam all over the place on Stromm. I was looking for this guy for about 4 hours yesterday, and only managed to get the quest. Got killed before I could turn in the paws I had. And they like to warp through the wall right in front of the zone in, that's where I managed to catch the a dark initiate and do my turn in for Rake
