She's a triggered spawn (tell Jark you'll get his dinner), found her at loc 677, 115, the little pool south of the temple.
fyi, the dwarf spawns at the small pool opposite the cleric guild when you talk to Jark.

can't seem to find her on The Tribunal either

Nella not anywhere in Kaladim north or south,hunted every nook and cranny twice and ran my 220 tracker out to no avail.........8(...........anyone know if she still hangs around here or if theres another way to get the item from Jark for the BP?
