Pretty easy now that not much seems to see invis. My 66 warrior (maxed AA at 66, non-raid gear) took him down pretty easy with a few heals and some DPS from my 75 druid. Hits for about 842 max on my warrior. Summons. I was able to invis right to him and take him single. Just killed the Blazemaster dude too pretty much the same story.

I believe he spawns after you kill elementals. Was with a group in Paw today, and after killing a water elemental there was a zonewide emote:
