The Fabled Queen Raltaas  

Just killed her. She spawnws in the same room as *an odd looking spider* with two other static phase spiders. The skinny on the fight:

Max hit was just under 1900
Enraged at 9% health, and obviously didn't flee at low health

Didn't seem to have an inordinate amount of hp
Was able to land fire on her and unlike many red con mobs didn't need to be underneath her to land spells.

Dropped Fabled Queen's Carapace (Plate classes, 47AC, 155hp/mana/end, 20attk regen and mr 2, shielding 1%, submitted the screen shot for that) regular queen's carapace, and phase spider blood.
