The Fear DoT seems to do more than 2 ticks of 3500, but you never really know because you dont know how much health youve lost till its over.

Too bad Fear is still bugged. A good chunk of our raid got Feared right off the bat and died to the AE. Every person that died while feared got punted to the Char Select screen. Fun times!
