Hmmm, thought I had a post on this guy already. he dropped Molten Mithril Longsword for us tonight, found him spawned at the junction between Smoketail & Stonemaw's rooms, Which is not where I saw him the first time - could be a random spawn like some of Nadox. Enraged at 10%, faction hits were Tirranun, & Minions of Tirranun.
