This NPC is broken some change with the game code makes ALL npc merchants not useable while they are travelling, even though in the past this merchant would stop to make sales.

When I hailed him in the Qeynos Hills, he said:
'Greetings my fellow traveler. I am Gornolin Zot, traveling merchant of fine wares. Please. Take a look at what I have to offer.'
However, when you right clicked on him, it didn't bring up a list of anything you could buy.
Saying 'What wares?' didn't elicit a response from him.
I was a amiable halfling druid of Karana and he was pathing from the guard tower towards the road into Qeynos. While I was typing this up, he disappeared from tracking.
