Not 770 he hit me for 1024 or so, HE HITS HARD cant take it if you dont have a healer or slower, is hard.
The fabled SKELETAL captain is NOT lv70,/con's LB to a lv75. lv65 mob.

didnt try him but was white to my 70 necro
so annoying to get him to spawn. gotta kill all the skeletal sentries along the tower wall.

Tanked him with 66 war/150aa & l67 cleric.
L70 chanty stood there looking stupid because nothing besides tash would stick.
Hit max 700 or so and hits fast. This guy's actually a bit harder than most other l60 fabled mobs.
Of course, like all other fabled mobs at this level, he's unmezzable, uncharmable, unstunnable, unsnareable, and unrootable.

Remember there are shamans that can haste these fabled as well.
