This room has one stationary mob, usually a fire elemental, and a one pathing elemental. Stops in room about once every 15 min.

Solo'd him a couple times today with my 74 necro, used 72 pet with temer, and replen companion once, dropped crappy gloves

That guys aoe is (if not completely, at least almost) zonewide it seems.
while my cleric was killing him in his room, my ranger was getting hit by his aoe at the zoneline. He's very easy to kill btw, easely soloed by my 80 cleric. 2 kills, 2X aug.

Two boxed this guy a few times today with 75 Warrior and 70 Druid. First two spawns were dblue to 75 warrior, and the third spawn was even con so fluctuating level to named. Dropped Gloves x 2 and Aug x 1
Solo'ed today this mobs lvl may vary was DB to me at 75. Max hit on me or pet was about 700 fight took 1 min got me to 70% hp (due to the AE) and pet to 55... mana was at 70% easy fight

Killed this guy today with a Shaman and a Druid. The best part is you dont have to worry about adds or anything if you rush him in his room. As far as I know nothing wanders into his room either.
This mob was level 75 hits for 626 max on my war, has a ZONEWIDE ae.

does this mob have a respawn time and/or a PH?
Respawn time about 25 min. has a PH in a room all to his self always been a fire PH for me... 1 pathing roamer will open the door to the room. /Loc is 486, -151, -59..Water overseers room is just up the steps from him.
