Tiorpat Tornwing  

He is part of a cycle, of sorts. When he spawns, he starts spamming the zone with annoying emotes every so often. To kill him, you need to clear the group of dragorns that spawn with him; then he becomes taregtable. He has quite a few HP but doesn't hit that hard. We took him with 6 people and a handful of bots, but he is most likely one-groupable. Dropped two level 70 runes and a very nice 2hs (I don't remember the stats, but it was something like 48/34, 150 hp, procs a 100 DD and stun).
