I was wondering if it helps at all for a bard to sing their faction song on the guy before hand in? if i have a certain standing of faction, will the bard song help from tehre or what?

killing alot of dragorns gives you positive loyalist faction. when muramites came and devastated dragorns lands, they split into 2 main grps. those that joined the "evil" side and those that are the loyalists. killing dragorns in most cases, hence, gives you good faction for lotalists. now there are 2 factions among dragorns. children of dranik and Dranik Loyalists. Children of Dranik moves up and down. you can become max worse as can in a few hours. or become as good as you can get, also with in a few short camps. from quests point of view, the Children of Dranik faction is irrevelent. its Dranik Loyalist faction you need. which rises extreamly slow and is quite painful if you are not a raiding type. if you are, killing boss mobs will give you dramatik amount of pos Loyalist faction. abit like killing nonscript dragons in WW doesnt nudge your faction for Kael much. but killing named dragons and esp in ToV, will make your faction go alot faster
i havent seen any dragorns that give neg faction for loyalists in NC or WoS. but i have seen some in Dranik Scar.

you are wrong on a few lvls here bud, so you need an EQ lesson! :D
1. Dranik Loyalists are the dragorns still loyal to their original elders and stuff. THEY are the good guys you are trying to help. After an entire expansion based on trying to overthrow Mata Muram's rule, how could you think otherwise?
2. No dragorns in Dranik Scar give neg Loyalist faction. In fact, no mob in ANY zone can give you neg Loyalist faction. These are the serfs and peasant dragorns that were just commoners when Mata Muram invaded and the change didnt really affect them. These are the Children of Dranik - the few remaining dragorns that are loyal to Dranik but cannot fight the Nobles and Muramites.

Every time you kill a dragorn you faction goes up with the Overlord and he likes you even more, and the Dragorns like all of the quest NPC's like you even less.

Actually killing Dragorns in NC helps Dragorn Loyalist faction.

Does anyone have the location of this guy, besides the WOS , it's a big zone and not really one to just wander in.

When you enter Walls of Slaughter, run out of the tunnel and turn right. As you run along the wall you will see a formation of rocks to your left just down the slope. Sandak is standing in front of the rock formation. If you hit the entrance to the caves, you just passed him.
His loc is neg655, neg1295. He is on the NE side of the large rock on the plain.

i have all the pieces to the sword quest....what faction do i need?
Sandak is a quest NPC and will start talking about his quests when you reach WARMLY faction.
Yes, which faction? I have all the pieces but he cons "ready to attack". How do I raise faction with this guy? Thanks.
