tonight, 13 Sept 2005 got 2 lesser runes from this mob (2 different kills of course)
This guy sucks.
His earring is soo damn rare, my friend goes to WoS and he finds 2-3 drops, I go, all I see his *** drop is the bracer and a rune... sometimes just a bracer.
5 kills, all 5 a bracer, 3 had a rune with him...

mob is very easy, many harder mobs in the zone.
we had our druid tank him....druid did have like 10k hps but i think max hit was like 1100 and mob is slowable

Got the Fiercely Hooked Claw last night with a /ran 100 of 76 lol. Also dropped Lesser Muramite Rune on same kill. Definately one of the easier named in the area. Personally I think the Kyv Assassin is much more difficult a kill. Hunting with basic group, nothing special, everyone 65-68 and chain pulling all the named from the general area just inside gate, we call it "alcove", some call it "6 named" (but there are at least 9 named in the immediate area lol - some less common spawns so 6 is usually the standard number found lol)
Awesome place to hunt, sweet drops, an overall great experience in WoS, but when really is it not? LOL

We killed the Noc Shadowkeeper two times and he dropped the silk bracer both times. His PH is is one of the noc cleaver types. He spawns at the base of the NW hill at the entry way for the one building where the opening faces east and it is right next to the stairway up to the hill. There are two other spawns in that same building, one Ukun type that is a PH and one Klv type that is also a PH.
So you dont get mixed up, the building to the left (south by southwest) of it has just a single spawn of a Girpan type mob on the inside and a single girpan spawn on its south side.
We were hoping to get the rare drop of the 100K earring but no such luck.

Killed him 3 times today, all three times he was red to 68, also he can drop a rune.
Anyone have a typical fight setup on this guy? Raid mob? I haven't gotten OOW yet but this bracer would be sweet to farm if one or two groups could take him out. Been out of the game for a while and thinking about buying the last two expansions and playing again.

killed him lastnite and got bracer with one group, Did'nt even have a tank so shouldn't be too hard. group was Bst, Monk, Cleric, Druid, Shaman and rogue.

A greater rune dropped last night for us. I lost the roll, so sad..cry~. The first greater rune I ever saw in WoS, seems kinda rare.
