I've done things the hard way and gotten my faction with Shak Dratha to Indifferent. Unfortunately, this means I'm KOS to Gor Taku, but I think my pet and I can live with that.

the shak dratha blacksmith is not a merchant, unlike his daytime gor taku placeholders (the gor taku blacksmith, and gak tob the blacksmith) he drops normal shak dratha drops. I am currently trying to see if i can get a named shak dratha blacksmith to spawn upon killing him, as per the gor taku blacksmith.
