Cons yellow to my lvl 29 Druid. I am able to solo him with no problem. Just root and nuke. Spawns at Qeynos Hills entrance.

This gnoll wont attack anyone unless you attack him...but i wouldnt suggest you attack him unless about 29+ or even lower i dont know how tuff he is but do know he wont agro anyone

The gnoll courier will spawn at the entrance from Qeynos Hills and run to the base of Black Burrow, where the gem is that goes into Jaggedpines. He spawns appx every 20 minutes. He is dk blue to 37 level.
Make sure you give all 4 items to Rica Leafrunner. Also you need to make sure that you are NOT KOS to Rica. Do not use a Dark elf, Necro if they have not got the factions up.

get someone lvl 40+ to kill him for you if your low lvl....i mean he'll kill you

This guy carries all four of the necessary items to complete the Gnoll Invasion Plans quest. He carries only one of the needed items at a time so you will most likely need to kill him more than four times to get all four items. Once I get the final item, I hope that the reward is worth it all.

Yeah you'll needa kill this guy about 13 times to get all the things you need,he usually has the Invasion Plans most of the time.

Thats what it says lvl 30 and no one has commented differently. Based on this information my respawns to you is as fallows.
