Anyone know if there is a PH? Or does it just randomly pop like Neb seems to? Or is it like other mobs in this zone where some common mob just turns into the named ?(i.e., no killing PH needed)
Finally got this named so posting a follow-up to my earlier post.
The "PH" location is as noted on Brewall/Goods maps at about (488, 721, -160).
What I observed is that sometimes there is no PH at this location. If no PH is there I noted it could take an hour or more to pop. The PH in my case was a Paebla Spirit Talker. After a some long period of time (> 1hr) the PH just disappeared. 10 minutes later the same PH returns. I watched this behavior repeat every few hours over a couple days. .This afternoon, the PH disappeared and about 10 minutes later, Slani popped.
My working theory is that once the PH disappears on its own, then Slani has some small chance (10%?) to appear ~10 minutes later.
Before this I did try killing the PH several times but noted it would take > 1 hr for the repop. I am not sure if Slani can pop right after killing the PH - this never happened to me. I gather it is the same mechanic as the Queen Raltaas where you must leave the PH up and just wait it out.

He buffs the other Paebala ratmen near him with a variety of Shaman buffs including haste.
He sees through Invis, but not through Rogue SOS.

killed today, no loot that I have seen yet.. I'll post again next time I down him and see if he drops anything then.
