She spawns right where it says she spawns, even after all these years!!! Took forever but finally got her.

I killed the bloodlord twice a day or two ago and got the belt both times, so it appears to still be dropping.

Ok a couple things I noticed yesterday when camping this. She popped twice for us, both was in the corner. It took roughly 4 hours of killing PH's each time to get her to spawn. None of the spawns in this room, including the Bloodlord are casters.As a named she has 30% to 40% more HP and hits appropriately harder than the PH's. Mobs here have low agro range, never got adds on pulls from them. I was even able to med in the corner to the right of the door , not invisible with no agro. If you pull and kill the 1 wanderer in the hall, you can (relatively) safely pull these mobs out one at a time and kill them there. Oh, and most important and disturbing.. 2 kills 2 swords no belt. Did this as a 63 druid with the help of 65 SK, and later others from my guild. Was cake as a duo. I soloed them for a bit before I had help, though would have probably struggled with the Bloodlord. Worried the belt doesn't drop anymore, if anyone has had a drop recently (post LDON patches) please post.
BTW the defender and a "treasure" mob (not the horders) spawns in the little room at the end of the hall. As you look OUT the door of the room where the bloodlord spawns (yes OVER the pit trap) and straight down that hall and to the right. Has a couple nice drops too, FT neck item and resist cloak. if you have the forces, (you will have the time) you can do both.

This mob is exactly where stated above. Was at least level 52, but I belive 56 is more likely. Conned blue to me at 58. Pulled him to the big room and kited him there. Nice exp on the kill, as is the case in all the named here. Belt may be common drop. I got this when I killed him.

Zone in from the Nadox, go straight through false wall, straight down corridor, down the stairs, straight to T, right at the T, then follow left wall to the 2nd room, he spawns in that room - it is the room you see straight ahead when you turn right at the T, but going straight to it drops you through the trap floor :)
Nice directions. following the map up on EQatlas, you see where your talking about. To hell with a loc. roadmaps are nice. Thanks for the info, Kilanna.

Are you sure it spawns in the room you see when you're walking right at the T? I've been in that room for four hours and it haven't shown. Either I'm having a really bad luck or it spawns somewhere else. I am beginning to wonder if it spawns in the first room instead of the second since the picture shows a female troll and there are no female PH's in this room.
