Root immune when I attempted to solo it. I noticed some jopals were root immune, and others weren't. It's possible that this one may have the CHANCE to be root immune, but was immune when I attempted to root it during POP era on Oakwynd.
Jopal Tracker placeholder is a jopal gatherer, most likely to spawn in the same field as the zone-in. Maybe a jopal hunter as well.
We killed all mobs in field 1 and we make him pop, he is roaming.

Making the Tracker spawn seems similar to getting the "Enraged Boar" in tactics to spawn. Keep killing boars in the pit, and the next time the spawn timer for a boar is up, there's a small chance it could be the named.
Here, I think you kill the hunters and gatherers and it has a chance to spawn the named next time that spawn repops.
