Actually kinda funny you compare Rallos Zek to Coirnav, the encounters aren't all too different. Completely differernt tactics involved, but they share the similarity that in each case the "main mob" isn't the challenge of the fight.
The challenge to Rallos Zek isn't Rallos himself, it's that like any good god of war, he has an army and a couple Generals which needs to be defeated at the same time as him. Coirnav is similair in that he has a few aides of his own to help.
While Rallos is all about controlling the battle in the midst of the chaos and your are under a time restriction, Coirnav doesn't take to people taunting him well. The challenge to him isn't so much doing the event, but doing it fast enough.
As for levels, once something con's red to players I'm really not concerned what level it is. The guidelines I tend to use are - level 70 if it needs a raid, and level 75 if it needs a really good raid.

Actually according to the story line the 3 gods actually gave like half their power to him, so he is prolly far more powerful then any one of them is.

As far as being stronger than other gods, think of it this way: Coirnav is the avatar of 3 gods combined strength.
Yes, good work those in Afterlife! As for the pic, I think the darkness suits Coirnav perfectly, since there's supposed to be no light at the bottom of the ocean. It adds atmosphere, if you ask me. /shrug

What I like about AL is they take thngs in elemantal planes as a challenge, as Foh, All Furor does is whine the whole F*cking time about enounters, yet when they make it easy it whines that its to easy. So in essence, to hard " Wah I'm a *****, make it easiar." To easy " Bah they nerfed this enounter now all the other cheap guilds gonna be able to kill" Stop whining all the damn time, at least AL takes it as a challenge, not something SoE did wrong. Even if it is SoE's fault they take it as a challenge, they dont whine like ******* like Furor and foh crew. I dont play on either servers nor have ever liked one guild better then other. I check there sites every now and again see how close to Plane of time whatever they are. I just see AL as more respectable, Foh, Whiny ******** I mean I play on BB, I see Keystone in Foh now. He was the BIGGEST gimp on bb, I remember him lvl 20 in ec . Also Gangbkuk, GIMP. So they moved to veeshan and joined with foh. Well if they can get into foh , foh is a **** guild in my mind

I've see people play everyday at least 4 hours a day and take about 6 months to level 50 60. I've also seen people with about the same amount of play time level 50 60 in less then a month.
