Valor Crystals sell for 2 plat 3 gold 8 silver 1 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... Current bazaar prices range from 5 to 30 plat on bertox server...

These drop off of just about every mob in PoV and they don't sell to the merchants for anything and are quite annoying. If you spend more then an hour in valor and don't find one of these off of one of the mobs you kill, then you got unlucky.

This is used in the beginner stealth manual quest. You use the valor glaze to make a planar peridot encrusted stein. (I would duplicate the recipes here, but they are listed with these items on this site, as well as eqtraders.com.) You turn in a planar peridot encrusted stein and your planar traveler's manual to one of the quest npc's in PoK to receive the beginner stealth manual. (For details, go to the quest by zone section of this site, select PoK, and then look under beginner stealth manual.)
The interesting bit about this is the experience. At level 34, I could get about 10-12% of a level for doing this quest. Now at level 43, I can still get about 6-7% of a level. (Not too shabby, if you have the pottery skill: stein trivials a bit over 200, I believe.)

What quest in PoK is this for?

dropped off them crystal rock lookin dudes in the wastelands of PoV for me. Wasn't too terribly rare.

please add some info....its neeeded for a quest in POK....gem stein. Where can i get this ?
