While clearing from DXX to DXXT, the following item dropped from an Eom Thall:

The whole raid was shocked to see actual loot from one of these.
We thought the real loot items (minus the akhevan bane weapons) only dropped from the bosses, but apparently not.
It seems the yard trash like this one may have a rare chance to drop loot items that you would expect to see from the other nameds.

Just had one drop from Eom Thall last night too , i tried to loot it thinking it was a rune :p but i got a very nice surprise :)
