Anyone know what the respawn timer on these are? Just want to know if it's measured in minutes, hours or days because I haven't seen any on since I killed them all after server reboot a few days ago.

Do these things still drop Stormrider Gauntlets, or was that nerfed....if so, what DOES drop the gantlets?

Yes they summon.
These consistently con even at 60. As do the koka'vor senvar. Can't be mezzed with rapture, but the senvar can.

there's a report on that item in alla that this mob drops the 41% haste girdle - is that correct?
I would have guessed that a girdle of the storm giant would have come from one of the storm giants, but I'm normally wrong.

From zone in, follow the wall right, away from the ocean, when you get to the corner, you are forced to turn left. Follow the wall here, and eventually you will go past a river, then you should be getting close. There will be a giant fort on the right, and some trees you can climb into on the left, (as you look out from the wall) they are in the trees.
