how the heck a Gaint get up in a cell???
He is in Basement or down on bottum floors next to High Guardians, where enforcers are. hes on left door when you enter. Just click on it and.....die if you alone :)
Kalliz is in the first cell on the left as you enter the so called Basement or Death Row. He uses the Ice Giant Diplomat model, you have to be in melee range for your spells to stick no matter what your level is. We had alot of trouble with this guy at first cause we didn't notice it right away. Once we figured it out he was easy to take out.
