Have killed Spiroc Lord 24 times now and no diamond. Has anyone seen this drop recently? It is listed as a "common" drop, would think that one should have dropped by now. Thanks for any help =)

The Haste % on a GoF is 41%. This is 20% better than a FBSS and has decent stats. I am certain that there is much more 00b3r gear for twinks out there, but i can't live online like you all.
BTW, i'll be terribly dissapointed if my post isn't trashed by some immature jerk. :P

I got the ivory sky diamond and silvery girdle on a PoA guild reid 2 weeks ago - yesterday bought diaphonous globe for 5k = and now I got this girlde - man it is GODLY. With it and valor of marr I have the same feeling of haste as with RBG and Aanya's quickenign :) Uber solo item and very difficult to get. GL to you all on one day obtaining it (the key here is good guild as PoA raids are long and difficult)
Although most things in the PoA are not as good as things later obtained.... the belts are. Laanyan said AC and HP are king, and this is true when going on big raids that have to do with you being a human meat sheild, but when in smaller groups and when soloing Haste is just about the best thing you can have, especially as a Melee or Hybrid, which you are. This item is one not easily to be replaced, and if you are already using any other Sashes, you could get some money back or Xfer this to another or what ever because this is just about the best belt for Pallys. If you would do 1 PoA quest let it be this one, and you will not come across a nicer belt for a while and possibly never, and this is one a LVL 60 could still be proud to wear.

The only time ac and hp's are king on a raid is when you're main or secondary assist. If you're just one of the extras walking around hitting stuff, then those stats are worthless. If you have poor damage output, then you're doing nothing to help your raid and might as well go home.

your lvl 65 kupdor, you know just as well as i do rampage and aoe hits just about everyone at a raid. hp ac king for all classes.

Wrong. Since luclin at least all classes except maybe wizard have been HP's > all
Fight an AoE mob with low HP's, no matter what buffs you have, if you don't have a certain amout of HP's base, then you are going to require eiother too much mana to heal, or die. Either way slows down a raid. For a Paladin AC is the next stat you need because you end up tanking about 90 percent of the time in tier 2 groups due to the amout of AC you can aquire with the sheild and full plate gear. That and Paladins have better agro than warrs due to stuns and other spells.

I got a cloak of crystalline waters that belongs to the guild, but i can wear till i get something diff, is it worth trying for this? so that way i can give the cloak to someone else in the guild? CCW i hear is 34% haste, from what i been reading this belt could be 34-41%, nice wis and str too the cloak has dex and agi or sta i cant remember. please put in your input it would be appreciated

ac is King, hps are Queen, resists and haste are close below that, depends on what you're doing, all else is a nice bonus. I'd go for this belt for the ac and it's got some nice stats. I've got a bunch of armor combinations, but want a belt upgrade, spider fur aint bad, good ac and hps, but I'm down too much wisdom.

Haste is GOD. AC is a close second to a certain point. than it is overtaken by hp/resists.
Depending on what your definition of haste is then both 17% and 21% are correct for fbss.
The haste on fbss is 21%.
The drop in delay is 17%.
These are 2 different things.
haste is calculated by 1/(1+(%haste item+%haste spell))
so fbss is 1/1+0.21 = 1/1.21 = 0.826 ~ 0.83
So what is the delay drop? from 100 - 83 or 17% drop in delay.
So that's where all of the confusion lies. fbss is 21% haste. but it only makes you 17% faster.

Unless your a gm or developer your haste caluculation is wrong. Sony hasnt revealed any of it's calculations for haste so u must be lying.

The belt of virtue is 16-17 percent haste. The FBSS is 21% haste. And another thing I think some newbies have been posting here cause I have the belt of virtue and it kicks the **** out of my fbss. 8ac, 5wisdom, 5str 5svmagic 16-17 percent haste vs fbss 21 percent haste. HMM I am lvl 53 and I would much rather have all the stats and take 4 to 5 percent less haste anyday. AC is god whoever said that, and the wisdom and the str is great also.

LOL, all the quest Haste Belts from Plane of Air are 40-41% haste. The belt of virtue is the one that is 17% folks.

Hehe I love people that say "This sucks..just get a Cloak of Flames or Rune Brand Gridle". Right. Like they are that easy to get. Hell...you will be lucky to see this in game as it is UBER rare. If you can get this..get it. It is nice regardless of the haste. Any haste is good haste and the stats are awesome!

the haste is 40-41% it is not 16 or 17 that is the belt of virtue that is slow.

This belt is in effect 41 % haste. The 16 % one is Belt of Virtue.
Does anyone know the haste percentage for this item?
