Is ultra common, millions and millions....

The treants come in three color shades. Spring (mostly greenish colored), Summer (more brownish), and Autumn (brown and yellow colored).
The Treant Bark seem to drop only from the Autumn colored ones.

Took me about 20 kills to get 3 barks. Not super rare, but rare enough to be annoying if you need this quest on more than one toon in a group.
