Yea I have noticed most Twilight armor isn't worth doing unless your into questing for lore values and such. I see druids all the time level 20 and up that has full suits of elysian from friends help, guild help, etc. Elysian rotts all the time, most people shout it out when its rotting.
That may be so, but until you are in your mid-40s, the values of the Elysian armor are not very good. This tunic is excellent for a level 1 Druid even. Has a little mana and some saves in addition to the good Wis and AC values for low-levels.

If you are a druid, over level 50, go to the Nexus, get KEI. Go to Umbral, invis, turn right and hug the zone wall and get past Vex Thal. Head into the trench right past it. This is base. stay invis on the zone wall and start tracking the disturbed elysian remains. Just about all of them will be even or higher. Watch for wandering mobs, and carefully pull a single elysian. pull him back to the trench. Snare/root then load up with all of your dots. med. when he breaks root, root again, keep dotting till dead. It may not be FAST, but you will be killing reds fairly easy, AND getting the Elysian armor, which is some of the best armor in the game... go look at the stats for the tunic and you will see.
Also, even better, get an all druid group going. With 3 or 4 50+ druids doing this, you will have fast xp and good armor drops.
Do not waste your time on this Earth Blessed Tunic. The majority of this Twilight armor is JUNK!
Completely agree with you on this...at Level 51 I attained all the Elysian armor. It took time and patience, but SO worth it. Until I learned how to pull and solo them myself, many druids were happy to group with me, giving me whatever dropped that they already had. It took me a week to get all the pieces. If you will attempt the Elysians, dont bother with any fire based spells, resists too often to be worth the mana loss for them. Just stack ALL of your swarm line on them...including creeping crud, as every amount of damage counts. Be prepared for a long fight per solo, of rerooting, resnaring once halfway through the fight, and dotting and dotting and dotting. May seem like it takes a while, but once you get your first Elysian piece, you will stay for more.
I've found the easiest way to take out the primalist is to occasionally check in to see if he is up on track. If he is, then harmony the two or three sambata people that are you are always KOS to, then you run down the caves. When you get to the primalist, cast a spell on him, something that doesn't effect his running speed, like a small nuke or damage DOT. Then run like mad out of those caves and scream train to ME. Once you get all the angry sambas outta the cave, train them somewhat near ME, cast ensnare on the primalist, and then zone or gate out. Cast Ring of DSP and bring up track, find the primalist sitting nicly already ensnared for you, and kite him to his death. Did this at level 48
Note: This also works for killing the guy that triggers the hoppers solo if you want, but after killing a few PH the people in the zone may start complaining, so it goes.
Still in my Shroud of Nature, I now have two main choices: hang around in Umbral hoping to nail/beg-loot rotting Elysian or give this quest a shot. Think I'll start this one off and see where it leads me, Umbral Plains aren't going anywhere...
After reading various posts here and on the link for the forum provided by Zanderen I now know where the Primalist spawns and why I haven't seen him yet...I rarely killed that one thinking they were all random, D'oh!
So, log in to DS...Sambata are up, excellent, caves empty of hunters, superb, clear room of KoS worker and Hunter, kill other workers, wait...Advisor spawns..sort of. The advisor is, or was, a low 40's Cleric...the one that spawned was not a sambata but an Erudite male (?) and was a 55+ (red to 52) Necro... needless to say my group of 3 low 50's didn't and don't have a hope. Looks like I'm going to have to wait even longer :¬( Not happy with Verant, atm.
On the plus side, I know a Ranger who is going to be happy, Potter was up and I took him out for the ancient pottery...not much consolation for me tho'
Nope Advisor is still there. And he is still RTM at level 54. However there is still a way to get the Primalist . You will need the help of a fairly high level Monk. Have him pull all the caves except the one the Advisor/Primalist are in and train them to the ME zone. Have him YoYo the train using FD for a few minutes just to keep them away. While he is doing this you enter invis and pull the Primalist with a DOT. The advisor and the rest of the cave will aggro. Make sure they follow you all the way out of the caves and when they are outside the entrance a bit ensnare the Primalist then train the rest of the crew to Netherbian Lair. Zone into Netherbian Lair on the right side and come right back out the left side into Dawnshroud again. Run back to the caves and the Primalist should be standing out front. Either resnare him or drop another DOT on him to move him away from the caves and kill him.
Myself (54) and a Monk(49) did exactly that about 3 days ago. I wish I had a movie camera to replay the scene. Funniest thing I have seen in a long time.
Needless to say annonce what you are doing and the trains as you are doing them.
Just checked thread to find the link for the Twilight Exchange forum, while I'm here I'll add a little bit to the info on the new Erudite Advisor. He was killed by my friend a couple of weeks back, the Erudite/Sambata Advisor is 60th Necro! Interesting tactic, btw although I hope Verant have fixed this spawn by now (long time since I stopped in DS)
I ahve a backpack loaded with every TS item dropped off stonegrabbers in ML. Not once in over a week of laying waste to them has a Stonegrabber of Growth popped. Spent a little time (2 days) in TM trying to get the Coterie Guard to pop. No Luck there either. The reason I am even embarking on this quest was because it was so easy to get teh primal earth rune, and everyone kept going on and on about how hard it was to get that one item. Come to find out it was the easiest item of the four to get.
Don't be fooled. Stonegrabber of Growth is an ultra rare spawn
Just to add *my* 2 cents to this flaming thread, I'm the one who contributed the above picture, and I have to say that this quest is definitely worth doing for most non-uber-guild druids.
There is no non-planar or non-raid-level breastplate that compares to this tunic except for the Elysian tunic --- which I got a few days after finishing this quest, ironically.
The primal earth rune was the hardest, but like several people have posted, a small group (who WILL get experience too) of very low 50's or high 40's can take and keep the back rooms necessary to get the primalist to spawn. He spawns in the left room if you're facing into the cave that has 3 entrances. He's against the far wall, which is to say, the southwest spawn in the room I believe.
I am still stuck on this part. I have spent hours clearing out caves of Rockhoppers. There are 3 caves at the end, one central and 2 on opposite sides. The east one of these has a very large but unnamed Rockhopper spawn, this guy is tougher then the others and immune to any movement slows. I must of killed this guy a dozen times and cleared his room before I gave up and decided to concentrate on clearing the western room, did this half a dozen times before (while dealing with a pull and an add) some, considerate, chap decided to pull the large 'hopper thru my group and guess what, he stopped to give us a "greeting" (can't be mez'd either) so we evac'd. Spent 3 hours in there this time, must of been 4 or 5hrs the time before...How long does it take to get the aged (age old) Rockhopper to spawn?
Of course then I'll have to get the primalist to spawn but just seeing them spawn would be an achievement for me atm.
I spent roughly two weeks on and off in the hopper caves. During that time, we cycled hoppers/sambata's roughly 11 times, getting zonewide curses when we despawned hoppers every single time.
The Age Old Spawns in the western cave to the right when you decend into the big chamber. He has no apparent placeholders, and is on a completely random spawn cycle. Essentially, clear the room and cross your fingers ;)
Once, we respawned hoppers and the Age Old popped with the spawn - so hang in there and hope for luck ;)
Just an update on my attempt at this. He spawned the other day, didn't kill him, he popped while I was dealing with 2 hoppers already and although these both got mez'd they had taken too much toll on the party to take him the AO, we all died, in short order. Thanks to Adrain (for trying to help) and Alierias (for the res's) both from Fu.
A heads up for anyone wanting this ****. He is 51st level so bring a good group. The one that failed was 52war 51dru and 52enc, I think we can do him, as long as shiftless sticks and we have no further adds.
Will try again Sat morning (GMT) that way I should upset less people if I am successful in spawning the tribe. Anyone know what level the Primalist is?
(I thought I had posted this already but maybe hit clear form and not post message)
I've been after the Primalist too my friend... if he holds in track with other TS quest mobs - will ding in Light Blue to 56 - would guess his level @ 44-48 (maybe). Hope that helps, Warrior, Druid, Chanter, + 1 melee (or cleric) is a wicked group for the lower caves.
Well someone else kindly took care of Age old, when I logged on friday night the Sambata were in. So I set to work killing them till 4am and then nearly all day saturday, when I logged late evening the Hoppers were back. Didn't get a Primalist but some info on what I found. Faction only works on some of the Sambata, there are some that are KoS to all no matter how many hoppers you have killed. I hunted in the end set of caves doesn't take any pulls from the groups outside and not much chance of getting trained.
East Cave Has a KoS spawn in centre, he will aggro as you enter, when he comes wait before running to group, if you run straight away he will turn and run back a few paces, this will pick up the Hunter behind him and then come for you with Hunter in tow. This hopper (often a worker but higher level than others) is the PH for the Advisor. Advisor is not KoS but is a cleric, kill him quick he will CH himself given the chance. Has some nice drops, Intel's hammer and Jilleo's bracelet, that is to say, nice compared to hopper hides. The hunter spawn behind him is not normally KoS but is a mean SoB, you do not want him as an Add and he will help all other hoppers. Make sure you kill him as soon as he spawns. Strangely, although you can seem to single pull the KoS worker (with care) I was never able to do the same trick with Advisor, hunter reacted instantly. To the Adviser's right is a worker spawn but also spawns Veiled Guide and Naturalist (both for TS quests but both pretty common) other 2 spawns in there are workers.
The West cave has the Tribe Keeper, KoS and PH for Tribe Leader (Leader never spawned for me, thankfully but kill him and you reset to hoppers) the worker to his right has spawned as the Gemkeeper but that might be just random. Other spawns in there are non-KoS workers. The tunnel to this cave has the Shaman, he is not KoS but will help all others, kill him before pulling from cave. He slows, dispells, DoTs and heal's himself (also casts aoe poison rain) Need Magic/Disease/Poison resists, not nice being slowed, have someone with cure disease up when fighting him. Got an 8/18 1hb off Shaman (no drop) as well as some spore covered items (tunic, bracer, cloak, boots and hat...not bad low level stuff, tunic, bracer and boots good for monk (along with the polished ulaks that drop) the Keeper drops Netherbian Chitin.
Any Sambata that is KoS to you will go straight for medding casters when pulled, make sure when pulling one of these they stand up before you get there.
Centre cave has no KoS spawns, non of these tried to help their comrades (may be different when you faction gets below dubious, mine went from Amiable to Apprehensive) I did clear it at every oppotunity but nothing else spawned except workers ever spawned there.
I am thinking now of a mistake I may have made. All the KoS hoppers seem to be Place Holders for another mob so perhaps I should have moved up the tunnels and taken on anything that aggro'd.
When I finally left, can only take so much :¬/ I offered 1k for the rune if anyone looted it. Earlier, someone had admitted to destroying a primal earth rune and the veiled lantern as he didn't know what they were for...I think he actually ment the Mark of Natural Spirits from the Naturalist but who's to say.
Actually, my level 49 Druid taigne on Povar still wears her Ulthork Tunic. Also most small guilds cant take on dragons or hold a place in the arena in Kael. This Tunic would be a nice upgrade for when I get tired of getting exp, and want to work on a quest. This item can not be obtained solo, dawnshroud peaks is a group action for sure. If the rockhoppers are still in the cave, you must kill the aged grey rockhopper to get the sambat to spawn. The grey rockhopper is at the bottom of the caves and is not slowable or rootable.
Great little item for those that are not planar yet, or cannot solo in U.P. quite yet. And it is tradeable, so when and if you get your planar BP from Fear or Hate, or U.P., you can turn around and sell it in auctions.
This tunic is the best one that I'm aware of that can be acquired by a solo druid -- anywhere.
As for planar/Velious armor, how many BP's do you suppose the average druid actually gets a chance to roll on? The answer in my case is none so far, something which probably won't change for quite a while to come.
Hehe why do u need c3? Yes of couse its helpfull but at lvl 60 i come out from an Elysian fight with like 40-50% mana left over if u do it right and don't get many root resists ;P
Actually, you can solo Disturbed Elysian Remains in Umbral Plains. Just get a c3 from a friendly level 60 Enchanter and head there for a good 2 hour run. With my 56 druid, I bind there, do a "/who all enc 60", ask really nicely if Ican get a c3 and donate for it, port him them and gate back. I have all Elysian Armor Except the Boots, Helm, and Tunic. Breastplate is rare of course, but it just takes time and can be done solo if you don't count the c3.

well im happy everyone thinks this is nice, but the thing is i have no clue where the marks or jewels drop/purchased. please if you have actual information on this please post. if not you just bore me. /yawn
I've got the Star jewel (dropped off a Sambata in DS), the Mark of Nature (Coterie gaurd), Primal Earth Rune (Primalist), and am looking for the Stonegrabber of Growth for last item.
All items so far were easy except the Primalist. He definitely was not a common spawn (or I had bad luck), we easily killed over 100 of those guys and he never popped (thats when i got my jewel). I got lucky and saw him on track right after the Sambata took over a few weeks later. He spawned in the very bottom of the caves with 5 buddies and a druid (at least not me at lvl 55) cant take him out alone. But with a tank, druid and a couple casters in low 50s it was very easy.. we cleared the bottom two rooms in about 10 minutes tops and i got my rune.
Now I'm stuck on the stonegrabber.. been killing quite a few solo and any advice on getting the named to spawn would be great.
Have yet to see one of these and it would be cool to be a little unique for once.
Note sure if this is gonna help, but when I found the stonegrabber he was wandering near the entrance to the Marus Seru entrance.
In which back rook did the Primalist spawn? Was it the room where "boss" usually spawns or the other multi-spawned room that connects to it (which is smaller?)
Requires; *Star Jewel - drops off random mobs on Luclin although I have found Scarlet Desert the easiest place to get the jewels.
*Mark of Nature - Drops off Coterie Guard in Tenebrous Mntns, Easiest/safest place to pull them from the outpost in the northwest corner.
*Growth Stone - Drops of Stonegrabber of Growth in Mon Letalis, a random spawn but not uncommon, just kill Stonegrabbers, he should spawn.
*Primal Earth Rune - Drops off Sambata Primalist in Dawnshroud, he is a random spawn (again) in the rockhopper/Tribesman caves. If rockhoppers are in house you need to kill the Age Old Rockhooper to spawn Tribalists and then kill them to get primalist to spawn...This is the last piece I need.
Good luck, Definietely a quest worth putting the time in, shame the same can't be said for the Warrior Twilight armour.
All the argument and discussion over stats and equipment is amusing but some real and usefull info on this quest would not only be helpfull but greatly apreciated. Thank you. (oh, and for what its worth, im gonna dump my BCP into a backpack if and when i get this item)
Fret not my friend. At level 56 I still sport my BCP with pride. Pay no heed to the small minded who say druids have no need of melee stats.
Ya see, with the proper gear and buffs I can still melee mobs that give exp. With dex over 200, my Herophants Crook, Regen buff and Damage shields a druid can be formidable even at high levels. Ask the 52 monk who fell to my melee engine (no spells cast during the fight, all toe to toe melee). Or the 56 ranger that lost 3 bubbles of health before she got the best of me.
As a high level tailor, it is often necisarry to farm green mobs for supplies. Blasting greens takes alot of mana, as does maintaining a charmed pet. Over time, I do far more dmg with melee than I would casting spells.
There have even been times when I switched to melee while in a 55+ exp group. It turns a few heads, but once I tell them that my weapon procs 248dmg and how often it procs they dont mind at all.
Granted a druid will never be able to tank solid blues at lvl 60. But you cannot deny the dmg potential with the proper gear. Sure I have a shroud of nature in my bag for when I am tailoring or when mana is an issue. But most of the time you will see me sporting my BCP. It looks much better and I prefer to melee greenies rather than blast them out so I can sit on my duff medding.
I hope you print out a copy of this thread, fold it up, and stick it somewhere safe for a year, until you are level 60, and then I hope you come back to it and laugh your squirrel head off at it.
Point by point:
AC: There are few druid chestpieces with this much AC AND Wisdom on them. Sta: +5 is better than 90% of druid chestpieces (they don't usually have Wis AND another stat) Dex: +3 This is negligible, you're right, but see above. Wis: +8 This is probably one of the highest Wis non-planar/non-Umbral Plains tunics in game for druids. And just remember, the more wis you get, the more gear you can swap out for mana, hp, and sv's without dipping below 200. SVM, SVC, SVF: +2 This is subtle, but nice for general fighting. Yes, we have spells for resistances, but our spells don't put us anywhere NEAR enough resistance for raids. Granted I will probably throw on my Shroud of Nature for raids (more FR and CR). HP: +10 Lets not ***** too much. Druids have crappy HP, so anything we get on armor is gain. Mana: +20 Basically at level 50 this extra 20 mana makes it effectively a +10wis tunic. If you still want to ***** about that, go play a Wizard you spoiled whiney kid.
In summation: There is no WAY that a BCP is better than this item. Not a chance, and 99.9999% of the druid community will agree.
Also, if you can find something else that's obtainable by level 40 to 45 druids, I'd sure like to hear about it.
Just revisiting this funny thread. Below are 3 items buyable for a druid. 2 easily and almost always found in the bazaar on Povar. The third can often be found on guildbots or by asking GLs if they have a druid BP for sale. The Reinforced tunic often sells for less than 1K.
The last two come from mobs that a mid powered guild can take on. Or in some cases, unions of guilds or alliances.
So again, for the effort and time that goes into completing this tunic, there is better out there.
For any further wannabe flamming idiots, just log on to povar and find me.
**Acrylia Reinforced Tunic: Wt 0.70. +14 AC, +10 Str, +10 Sta, +6 Wis, Classes: Bl Ra Sm D C P Sk B Mk Ro Wr. All Races.
**Acrylia Studded Tunic: Wt 0.70. +11 AC, +8 Str, +12 Dex, +8 Wis, Classes: Bl Ra Sm D C P Sk B Mk Ro Wr. All Races.
Players could always have up to 255 wisdom. That has always been the hard cap on every stat. Luclin just raised the soft cap that used to be 200 to, correct me if I'm wrong, 225.
They changed how much mana you get post 200 int/wis. Instead of 1 mana per 1 int or wis, Its Level / 10 per 1 after 200. Or thats what magelo seems to show.
So lets say you're level 50 and have 210 wisdom. Level (50) / 10 = 5mana * 10 wis post 200 = 50 mana total.
Your wisdom is that low at level 40? Your mana pool has got to be small. Wisdom is a Druid's most important stat. We don't need the extra
STA: +9 DEX: +9 AGI: +9
because we are a joke in melee post level 20. The extra stats are nice, but should never be chosen over Wis if your Wis is less than 200 (255 now?). What we do need is mana. Our spells are what makes our class.
I am level 45 and my wis is at 177. It's so low because I didn't know the importance of wisdom when I rolled my character. Now I'm paying for it. I'd love to have this tunic. :b
Yes, I would have to agree with all the previous posters, this tunic was made with very nice stats geared for a druid. The only downside to this piece is that it is droppable, which is disappointing, as I wont do the quest since I play on Rallos Zek (I have done too many dropable quests, and had the rewards looted away within days.) Judging by the stats, this would be the first looted and sold in Faymart (GFay) to some rich players twink.
I have to agree, this is quite decent for a druid. 15ac, 8wis, 20mana, 10hp, some saves.. there isn't anything else that I know of that comes even close in this level range. Maybe some of the hard to make Acrylia tailored stuff is as good, but they're expensive and I don't think any of it is actually better (I could be wrong, of course). I'm simply happy to see that druids were given something to quest for pre-50. And honestly, this is probably the nicest piece of Luclin quest armor I've seen.
This is a pretty decent chestpiece for a Druid. But, at the level needed to attain, you can get the Thurg quest chestpiece... AC +20, Wis +14, Mana +80 not to mention other stats that it has. I just hope it doesn't have that newbie LEATHER look.
Also, one thing that I have noticed that no one has brought up for these Luclin quests.. they are all tradeable! Your level 50 warrior can get the pieces, trade them in for this chestpiece and slap it on your level 2 Druid. People are overlooking that this makes great Twink armor. :) I'd like to see a post-level 40 Druid get something better, even from their higher level main character.
Unless, of course, you can't do the quest for some reason unless you are of that class... then forget what I just said!
hmm.. maybe if you are in a big guild who doesn't mind tagging along a 45 druid to an arena raid (where most of your spells will be pretty useless or the raid is so week it's gonna get wiped) and then default him a *very rare* leather quest BP drop or let him roll on it (otherwise -at least BPs- and other major pieces are always decided by seniority) vs. probably higher level other leather classes
Don't plan to see any higher level BPs (unless you are in a very large guild or very very lucky) and better invest some time to get this nice little chestpiece (and there IS a big lack of nice lvl 1-50 BPs that come even *close* to this) with a group of mid 40ies friends
Dont plan on getting either Nature Walkers(Kael Faction) or Rowyls(Thurg Faction) before the early/mid 50s. I've been on a Kael Raid at 45 and its nasty, picking off the wanderers isnt too bad with the rest of the group over 50 but getting near the arena is hard work without at least couple of good groups, 3/4 and maybe I could have stopped hovering over the evac button.
Eroded leather is rare in Kael, not to mention the fact you need to collect 3 gems for most of the NW or Rowyls armour.
These items will serve you into the 50s, feel no shame in wearing them cos someone tells you should have a full set of Naturewalkers by now.
----EDIT-----
Now 2 months and 10 levels later I have still to win a leather BP in Kael raiding once a week in either the arena or bank areas for around 5/6 hrs a time. I have picked up 2 bracers, boots(for effect) and could have taken sleeves but didnt need them but no BP. I really would love to have better but the giants have forgot how to make leather BP's or legs for that matter.
I completely disagree with the "into the 50s" sentiment.
If you're in your 50s and wearing this pre-planar tunic, then I hope you're wearing it for the look. Also once you're in the lower 50s, you should be already killing Trak and have a chance at a bp there as well.
There's alot of defending of these "epic" armors and contrary to "wishful thinking," they're pre-planar pieces. Period. They're alright if you are not in an uber guild nor have friends capable of getting you into a sufficient raiding atmosphere, but the stats do not make these better than planar or most other quested armors.
That's just reality. Painting a rock gold doesn't make it gold.
Without trying to flame, this really does prove that you are more than a tad out of touch Apollo.
I also play on Povar, I know full well who you are and what guild you are in. While it may be easy for you and friends to get Trak, Cazic and drag 45th druids along for armor drops in ToV/Kael - it is out of reach for the other 90%+ of the druids on the server.
The number of 45th+ druids running around in ulthork hide tunics, shrouds of nature and bcps is pretty darned high.
This piece is the best of the set and well worth doing.
While I dont share the "zest" of JonHertzog above, I do agree that you are a tad off base here. I noticed your sig said High Priest. Im sure that what you just said is true for clerics, but druids are sadly lacking in the armor department. All of a druids high-lvl armors, whether quested or dropped, are all very similar. In fact, there isnt much difference between the Skyshrine and Thurg quest armor, if I remember correctly. They all even have the same effect, albiet a nice one. All of our planar armor is pretty much junk compared to the quest armors from Velious with the exception of a few pieces, and Trak takes just a bit too much time and effort to camp him for the relatively rare ES Breastplate, not to mention the dozen or so other druids that are probably there thinking the same thing you are.
Dont get me wrong, I actually agree with Verant about druid armor. Well, maybe not the difficulty to get them, but they could have been alot worse. Im happy with the armor druids get, its just the post-50 spells that we get that drives me nuts. How many different Charm Animal spells do we need, huh? But thats a different rant...
Rori Morningsoul Halfling Wanderer of the 51st foot-hair Xegony
.. and i still wonder if 'improved superior camo' exists anywhere in this game. I've never seen it drop anywhere or auctioned and if i remember correctly I don't know one single post 50 druid who has it (or they don't admit it?)
And planar armor is no standard by any means any more. For all classes that don't heavily rely on AC the stats on planar stuff are really crap - never seen so many pieces rot as on hate or fear raids. I know chanters and clerics and druids always want to make believe they need AC .. they don't .. 100 or 200 AC more or less isn't gonna save your butt unless you are a tank, cause all it does is decrease the damage you take over time by some percent. If you get doubled or quadded for 300-600 more than 2 rounds you are dead as non melee class, because you don't have enough HP to get healed.
I fought in all the zones that drop Twilight Quest items, and they CAN be done with 1 group in their 40ies - no group in their 50ies can do Kael Arena alone (2 strong goups mid 50ies is minimum) and ToV -at least on our server- is monopolized by and divided amongst our strongest guilds. As long as you're not member of one of those guilds (or have friends in them that help you get on a raid there) you're not going to get 1 piece there for your quest armor.
Apallohadas once again you open your fat mouth when you are clueless about the subject you are speaking on.
Take a look around bub, there are a billion druids in this game. Not only that, druids have very limited choices in armor. Nathsar BP, Shroud of Nature, Elysian Tunic, and this tunic are the only decent ones I can think of outside of Velious/Planar/Trak drops. PoF is cleared very little now days except for guilds going for wiz/chanter epic pieces and golems. The number of 46+ druids far outweigh the number of Verm tunics dropping. Velious leather drops are rare as crap, and the BP is a once a month continuous clearing finding usually. And Trak is Trak...if you don't get the BP awarded to you by the guild the few times he drops it, you gotta cough up 35k or so.
I see plenty of 55+ druids wearing shrouds of nature and this beats it hands down.
As for you, I don't think you really play this game if you think low 50s have any business going after Trak. And where did you get the term "epic armor" because this is nothing like anything "epic" in the game of Everquest. Kindly go back to trolling Everlore like the other noobs. =/
I believe he's referring to it as "epic armor" as hinted in pre-luclin release materials. I find your second paragraph nothing but bull****. You don't have access to drop demographics on any server do you? How do you know how often X piece drops? How do you know who gets the ES bp on trak? Do you decide for everyone? Oh thought not. Do you even play the game? God what a tard.
Log on to Povar tonite and Look up Apallohadas :) Perhaps you'd even like to click on me to see my gear son.
I frankly don't care what server you're on, but fear is often ran through to get Cazic and the trinkets from his bosses. ES bps are likely the most sold bps on povar. Next to Fungi of course.
As for your personal attack, "fat mouth" (chuckle), I always think it's cute when an online hard guy starts puffing up his muscles. I've attended two fan faires now and have yet to see one of you bigshots approach me with equal zeal.
Life is full of sudden realities for children such as yourself.
OMG Apallo you are such a dork. You noticeyourself? You remind me f kids trying to act like adults. And before you generalize, please note that some people of your level are in small guilds, cause I'm not selfish enough to leave my smaller guild t join alarger one just so I can get items. And even if I was in a guild with all 60s, they would NOT take me to Trakanon. Ay, some people.
Bah, why dont you all grow up and stop acting like children. It's a game, and playing My BP is bigger than yours just makes you all look silly. Things are different on every server, and people depending on the choices they make in the game and how they play have different amounts of money to spend ( I am a aspiring velious tailor so am always broke). So if you dont all calm down you are going to have to write an essay about how to play nice with the other children , and why kill stealing is bad, and Why Uber is all about attitude, not the clothes you are wearing. Cheerfully Yours ( BTW, I would love this particular piece of gear :)
The kid that started the flame is squawking that every druid that gets close to 50 should have better than this so it's worthless.
When you play a 55th level or higher and this is better than what you are wearing, that can grate a bit on onese nerves.
It is kind of amusing though seeing a kid manage to upset so many with such a line of crap as his was though... I mean, reality check... How many folks hit their 50's before even visiting plane raids and this guy figures they should be equiped with the stuff???
half the wis and less stats/ac, but resists are at least equal and mana is far superior.
Everyone and their mother has to raid Hole for epics, so it's easy to pick up some loam/WL armor if ya need it on one of the many raids you will likely do there post 40.
