Measuring String, and Uncut
Combine Star. Once the
inlay has been made, it is
planed to fit the bow and
the gem is polished using
an emulsion of distilled
mana, flawless spinneret
fluid, and blessed water
for the desired deity.

It appears one needs 300 skill in fletching before this item will show in merchant inventory. It does not make a difference if you check use or cannot use...really need 300 skill.

I do not see this item any longer from any of these listed merchants however I see the lower level books. Did this items get removed from the game or go to another vendor?
