I love this on my Wizard. put it in primary . goes off about 50% of the time and I have 295 aa's at lvl 84. does 200's normal to 900's crits. add in a bard with proc song to group or / and a chanter with twincast aura and OMG watch the procs. can get up to 4 extra procs off per spell cast, that adds up fast. make sure to use your reduce hate spells like mindfreeze, as long as mindfreeze is on the target, you are good to nuke away. refresh it as needed.
