Excellent post that confirms what has been stated by developers. SoF pets and higher come pre-equipped with everything except weapons. It is nice to see exactly what those items are and their respective stats.

During a recent raid, we had a Mage fire pet go rogue and start attacking the guild. Once we killed it, I found this cloak on the pet. Pet was summoned w/ a Spire Servant pet focus and had not been given ANY pet toys before it went rogue and was killed.
