Currious if this guy is in an instanced or the real Illsalin. If the Real where approximatly does he spawn, or exactly if you got that too...heh

won't stack with Maelin's or other mana regen clickies (that I know of at least). Although it is pretty nice on its own, and perhaps easier to get than a Maelin's clicky (MPG trial belt seems to be an uncommon drop).
