in C1 alone I had it drop 3 times in less than around 10 minutes as an 85 ranger. Definitely the more common drop.

Fabled Charmer of Fire also drops the Fabled Spear of Fire. Had two drop in 15 minutes. Seems like an easier camp than the gazebo camp.

I camped it 16 hours today and got it from the vicar. He spawns in the center of the gazebo. He was the only spawn that day. I was keeping the entire area cleared . Both walls and the tunnel leading back to the mephits.

Proc is a swarm type pet. Look like a floating paladin 1.0. Hits 250-350, also bashes, which can interrupt spells. Lasts 10 seconds. With capped weapon affinity I have had 5 pets out at once.

I had it drop from Fabled Captain of Fire. So it is confirmed it does drop from both Fabled Vicar of Fire or Fabled Captain of Fire and it also drops from Fabled Charmer of fire in Fort #1. Not sure of the PH for either , i just mass pulled and killed all mobs , took me about 3 rounds of killing then the Captain poped right on top of me .The Loc i was camped at in the Fort is +329.21,+321.72,-165.53 i hope this helps.

Dropped today off a Fabled Vicar of Fire
Someone said this can drop from multiple mobs, can anyone confirm or deny? And if anyone has knowledge, what drops this?
