You only get the loot card the first time you complete the scenario, but you may get another one when the scenario rolls around again the following year. The additional LoN in-game reward is the card Erollisi's Charm (6P2). The alternate EverQuest II reward is the item Painting: Kelpmaiden Mermaid.
