Wow this is GREAT for offhand once you think about it, the delay does not matter which makes it the dly of your primary weap and then the DMG which is as good as a Centi Longswords. Its about the same except the stats are different and I was able to find one for 300pp and another one for 400 so its about 1k cheaper lol

The delay on the your primary and secondary weapons are seperately calculated. Therefore, this would still have a 33 delay and would hit that often no matter what item you put in your primary.

I looted this off a Killer Vine in Scarlet Desert also. Same mob also dropped an all/all neck piece that was AC1 All Stats +1 All Resists +1 and HP +5 Mana +5.
I sent this item in to Allakhazam's and was really excited, because I've never been one of the first to discover or contribute something before. I found it on a Gigantic Sunflower. I've never seen one before and have a feeeling they are rare spawns. Anyone know how often those gigantics spawn and if these whips drop off anything else? As excited as I was to get it, I don't really need it. What's a reasonable price to ask for it?
