Shadows of Luclin
This was probably much nicer, as were the drops from a lot of the rare spawns in SD, ML, DSP and GF. The problem is that Verant had to remove the TLC at the last moment, and in order to avoid people farming all these great items, they just nerfed them all.
I think they went a bit too far, but I don't work for Verant, so I guess it doesn't much matter.

I say AGAIN.....VERANT IS PROMOTING TWINKING....what else are you gonna do with a big piece of sheet at lvl 40? SELL IT>>>>>OR GIVE IT AWAY. I mean if you can sell this for more than 50pp then your ripping someone off.....Skull-shaped Barbute is going for OMG A WHOPPING 35pp

Umm ok look at the lvl zone it's in. Need i say more? Maybe peeps aren't lucky to have this type of armor who know. All i know of this zone with my character is *Farm the hell out of it* Hell my lvl 4 warrior could use it. If can't sell...make a twink damn stop bitc*ing. Thanks

Why do they continue to add worthless items. I normally don;t say this, but this is pathetic. Skull shaped barbute, all I have to say. Not to mention is a ton of hats with almost same stats sold to vendors every day. Add a few ac to this and might be useful.

I agree if level to attain was around like 20 then it would be worth the effort, at 40 there are so many other things you could go and get with less time and better results. The name sounded like it was gonna woopp ***** guess not.
So many helms are better AND easier to get.
Crafted Helm, for instance, has 14ac. Crested, rygorr...
Hell, go BUY a 12AC, 2MR Combine Plate Helm from the vendors in Katta Castellum for 110pp!
If level 40 to attain is accurate...what's the point.
I suppose the low weight is nice, if you're a wood elf, or maybe an Erudite SK...in which case since you like doing things the hard way, this helm will appeal to you. :)

This just seems to be an upgraded lumberjack's cap, nothing special, just a few more hp and it's not equipable by every class who could equip the lumberjack's cap, and it weighs alittle more.
