Gratz Jhahl on being the first on TM to grab one...I knew I shoulda took mah invite to Akheva that night...lol. Picked one up the other night, all in all it's a great weapon, though a proc would've been nice =P
This is a good solid weapon, nothing more or less--an upgrade for many, a disappointment for many, I don't think it in any way is imbalancing for this weapon to drop from this mob.
A 24/32 with stats like that alone would be very nice at the mid levels... the Fire damage essentially turns it into something between that and a 30/32. o_O With almost Epic-like stats, this is one beauty of a weapon.
And No-Drop! YES! Sometimes you like to know you have a weapon or item that a twink can't buy for a level 6 alt.
You say "A 24/32 with stats like that alone would be very nice at the mid levels...", but you also say it's also great that it's no drop? How do you define mid-level bub? Akheva is NOT a mid-level zone. Everybody's gone schizophrenic in this game. 90% of the stuff that gets listed here gets slagged on as being too shabby for one reason or another and the 10% of stuff people will acknowledge as "decent" is way beyond attaining for the average, casual, player (average and casual being only 30 hours playing a week, as opposed to the Uber 60! LOL).

Hmmm... some people might say that having too many "uber" weapons in the game makes things a bit trivial, because they'll be far too common. On the other hand, even if there are just a few really good weapons in the game, everyone will run out and try to get one anyway (most will probably succeed), so at least having a large variety of weapons is quite nice.
