This is for pure casters who cant wear heavier armor, its also for non-twinks who only have robes.
Why would a caster want to wear this when they could wear raw silk ac 5 or raw shade silk ac 4 sta +1

why does this stuff exist? AC sux, I can get better from the quest from the guy by the gate much earlier than level 11. Plus this only sells for a few silver (did I even get a gold? don't think I did..hmm) is this possibly for some quest to improve it maybe?
