In defense of the afore mentioned posters, when they posted the information was most likely not displayed. Due to recent updates it now is to you. This may not always be true but it often is, so lighten up.

Posted: Feb 27 2002 at 7:23 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) The most common question i see on these posts is where and who drops this, well if you would pay ATTENTION and look at the whole item description and not just the picture you would see at the top right next to the name and the words magic item, lore item, it drops from RUMBLECRUSH, in umbral planes, so next time read everything unless your illiterate and have to use pictures
Very nice upgrade to my Othmir Fur Cap. Now if someone would tell us where the heck this thing drops, and what drops it! Information, information... If you're going to add an item, make sure you give us the full skinny.....

Atlvl 35 the only thing your going to be able to camp for +10 in any resist is runed bone fork... sorry to break it to ya.
