These drop off the various undead NPCs which pop out of the ground in the Mausoleum courtyard in Katta Castellum. Just walk around the graveyard a bit and they'll appear. The guards won't try to KS you if you pull them out of the courtyard. Mostly light green to 49, easy to solo.
