Also looted this off a Tro Jeg Heathen on plateau...again, killed many of them and first time I have seen this..so must be a rare drop.

I got this off a tro jeg heathen today... must be at least rare, since I have never seen one in all the mobs I have killed up there...

Dropped off a reverent off the raised plateau area in Scarlett desert. Raging exp at low 50s, and they where still blue to the 55 warrior in my group.
