I fail to see why SoE even adds these in game.
Description is misleading
Claims it never releases it's victim, yet it fades after some time, and doesn't BIND or CHAIN.

Only someone who has so many right clickies claims this to be junk. At the very least its a free clickie for front lines. Can't be any worse then people going places and always wearing a different illusion.
this actually has some good use of marking a do not pass line on raids for ae's etc
what does it do?
