a diseased bat corpse has one at loc pos3830, neg996, pos 7. This was the closest I saw to void zone in

I've been all over the hills looking for these diseased corpses and havent found one yet. Are they rare? Possibly broken spawn?
Conned as "a diseased brown bear corpse" looked like some left over loot, but could not be looted until you targetted and did the /open bit.
Also 350.43 / 37.53 / 11.30

For the quest "Does this look Infected?"
They are from corpse of various animals throughout Oceangreen Hills. You go up to it, do /open, and loot this item from it for the quest update. Only need one.
Respawn on these corpses is very long in my experience. Can spawn all over zone, but I only saw them in the north.
