As of this date/time, it just dropped.
After 8 FULL clearings of Beza. Not a single mob left everytime. (funnily enough, was the first mobs just inside the tower that dropped it, with advanced loot, I never noticed it was there until I'd cleared the full place and had a minute left on an unlocked corpse in a pile of other corpses. it was /very/ close).
Oh, was a 'How does your garden grow' mission.

Dropped off the very last monster on the 12th mission i did at the very top of the tower. KILL EVERYTHING and check every body.

I had one drop for me last night. Now I've done this mission close to a hundread times and never seen it before...its very rare...but still drops .

1 snare every 15 min. Yikes!
Very rare drop from instances in Gyrospire Beza (does not drop in non-instanced zone)
Anyone know where this drops?

Got one to drop last night. Glad I looked up to see what it was. Was on a mob outside I usally stay outside when I box with my chanter and there mercs.
