much better drops Tss zones if you want gear sutable for your lvl , Gregs should drop gear for the lvl of the player, this item is crap like i'm going to bring my lvl 4 in there sence the drop is no trade, just my 2 cp

you're talking a zone that came out with SoL. the loot tables in previous expansion's zones aren't about to revised to hand out drops that are near the quality of the latest expansion.
besides, there was atime when these dropswere considered level appropriate; but then, considering your post, i wouldn't expect you to understand anyt of this.
though credit where it's due, even after doing the quest with drop from bronus, the result is truly abysmal even for SoL times.

How it being cracked made it powerful i'll never know...but it is a good item. Not godly...but nice to have.

This thing is total crap for a dungeon that high. /sigh Looks like the risk vs. reward is still a bit whacked. Apparently nothing was learned from Velketor's.

This is a quest item which can be turned in for a better neck item, 7AC 5Wis 25mana I think. Yew Affixed Amulet.

Not total crap. It's a nice little bonus that doesn't have to be equiped according to the info above. Nothing wrong with getting an extra 4ac and 2wis from an general inventory slot.
that's what jumped out at me...do you get the effects of this item just from being in an inventory slot???
