or, well, rangers don't get this shaft. or almost any other. I can't find anything to carry around to practice 2hb with my ranger better than FS great staff. Velium isn't ranger usable, Ketchata Koro Mis isn't ranger usable. I don't see the logic of something usable by a warrior and a druid but not usable by a ranger.

So after I read this, I got curious. I've never played a ranger so I have no idea what 2 HB weapons are available and what is not. A quick search on THIS site for Ranger, 2HB and there are 50 of them...hmmmmm
How hard have you searched again? :)

Thought about using the Shovel From LR? 4/27, so damage is not great, but for skill ups, much faster.
