It does not.
This is a self buff, of course it stacks with FT/Mana Regeneration/AA just as does Clarity
FT is capped at 20 with worn items, 15 base, 5 aa, and casters get 3 more and hybrids 4 more.

Yes, its effect stacks with FT, meaning that you can get ft 30 with the aas and this item.

Posted: Nov 05 2004 at 6:12 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Its kind of misleading... "Flowing Thought cap", huh? Kinda made me wonder before. It got its name since the only +mana regen worn effects in the past were Flowing Thought (then some number).
