Ok, because I'm only seeing partial info on this camp, I figured I would provide those looking for hints what I have.
First off, I'm a paladin and did this with a merc. I'm fairly well geared, 30khp and 5400ac unbuffed, so the merc was just for added protection. Probably could have done this solo, but a few times I got a bit hasty on things and had 3-4 mobs, so then the merc was wonderful to have. I had a bard friend of mine drag my corpse up to the safe room and merc rez me to save me the trouble of clearing all the way up.
The 4 mino's on the top floor are all PHer's. I could get 3 of them solo if I watched their pathing and was careful. One of the best ways to assure this was to NOT hang out in the marked safe room, but instead just to the west of it. Only 1 mino will come into that place, so put a timer on it and you should be fine. Much much easier to get the other 2 solo from there as well.
I didn't even try to get the mino in the room with tons of adds. Just wasn't worth it to me.
The timer is exactly 21 minutes and 48 seconds for all the mino's on that floor. The timer is the same or very similar for the rest of the mobs, but I didn't kill them when I didn't have to.
Clearing only those three, I spent quite a bit of time camping this. About 7 hours on the first day, and probably 3 hours the second day. I saw the named a total of 8 times.
If you can single pull easily, this camp is very very easy. Most of my time was spent watching and waiting for the mino's to path to a place I could single pull them. Then afk for 15ish minutes until the next wave was starting. A hint on pulling, the three mino's will all generally converge around the center point of the floor. Right at that spot you can pull them from the wing just to the west of the safe room, and you will get them solo.
The named assists everything that gets agro on the floor, but strangly its like nothing seems to assist him. When he spawned, if I pulled anything he would add. If I was in combat everywhere except the safe room, he would add. But when that happened, he didn't bring any friends so this worked to my advantage.

The 50 ac doesn't go in the shield slot, so you don't get a "real" 50 ac. You get the caster ac, which is about 6 percent of 50 AC.,, you get about 3 "real" 3 ac from it.,,and 50 hps.

This is why people quit this game... Hit point augs drop like GD rain everywhere and you have to kiss sony *** to get some ac aug! Nice quest too--2500 isnt too high if you're a dev... Thanks for info MS! I won't bother with this crap!

Confirmed; 2500 faycitum; with a minimum of 2 months of questing (though admittedly easy) to get them.
I (stupidly, especially considering my past history at rare-camps/rare spawns) decided to go the camping it route.
I have now earned over 150 aa's while attempting to camp this Aug. I have seen the Warleader spawn 10 times now, and no aug as of yet. (although I am making a nice sum from the guild betting pool as to which pair of gloves will drop *this* time)
Soon approaching 80 hours of camping (yes, aa's are that slow at 1800+ aa's at 85). However; I'm merely going to start working on the quests to get the faycitum to drop, at the same time as working on camping him. Take an hour break and stretch my legs once a day out of the cramped cubbyhole in the top of Beza.
A few notes that I discovered while desperately trying to find a way around this situation (since the Ill-luck goddess seems to find me a comfy patron)
CONFIRMED: YOU CANNOT sell gear to Fenden Helter. You cannot farm the drops that he sells in order to earn faycitum for that one piece of gear you really really want; it's either all questing, one day at a time... or all camping. Pray you don't want more than one item off of him.
CONFIRMED: You cannot beg other people to buy his tradeable gear, give it to you, and sell it back. He will NOT buy any of it.
CONFIRMED: faycitum are no-trade
CONFIRMED: the maximum amount of faycitum you can earn in one 17 hour period is 101 faycitum.
CONFIRMED: SOE Everquest Developers don't have the brains of a chipmunk and can't find their rear ends with both hands and a road map.

level 3 inside, 4 mino PH, over 30 hours of camping. Got roughly 15 of the tier 2 gloves before pearl drop.

18 hours and not seen this name spawn one time yet.
That is 3 days of camping this spot without a name pop. We are killing all 4 PH's easily. Is there a special dance or blessing that needs to be done to get him to spawn.

I have been told by numerous warriors in guild that it only spawns at the camp inside at the top.

Mega rare drop, 20+ hours is not uncommon to spend there camping it.
aug is the rare drop (mino also drops teir 2 gloves)

Dropped after about 4 hours camp. 80 Pal, Dru, Bard, semi-Anguish geared 770-900 AAs. Intense. Any mino is PH.

was it inside or outside the building i have heard that it only spawns on the inside??

killed all minotaurs in the north camp for at least 6 hours, and warleader didnt spawn once. Maybe you need to kill other mobs to spawn him ? Considering the aug is his rare drop also it would take else quite long to get it...
