This thing really sux...when u think about it...Orc Fang Necklace is better

this thing is waay better then an orc fang necklace. just look at the 10 sv magic!
when you reach the levels when you start thinkning about saves,you'll know what i am talking about.

Amen to that. I dont know about saves, but as a Rogue I try to keep high Agi Dex and Str. At my level its reallly hard to find a piece that gives a nice amunt of more than one of theses stats. I got this in EK on The Nameless and a Nightmare Hide Cloak, and I am very happy with what I got.
