Ohhh RNG you are some jokester - after spending THREE HOURS here (getting sweet exp to be sure) trying to find either the shard or the belt - finally, on the last kill before i have to gate, the shard drops.... classic EQ story right?

On double exp Jan 1 I go to Droga figurig a longass hunt for the belt, but at 200% exp thats fine - I buff up, get settled aaaand...
Kill 1: Polished Shard (figure ill save and do the quest again to sell on FV)
Kill 2: Silverwing Belt
I swear in out, total time 2 minutes...... yeesh

This is the only one of these Silverwing items that is not so useful. If there was at least some haste then I wouldn't complain, but it's tough to ditch my haste item for this.
