I camped the boss in EK for 3 days solid and didn't get this to drop once :(

Really nice gloves. Ac is decent, but the stats are great on these. That extra agility will add a bit to your overall defense (ac, dodge, etc.) and the strength is nice for extra dmg and taunt power. Plus resists? /sigh I sadly did not get these on my paladin. Got all the rest of the pally drops though. Very nice gloves.

Well for any of you crybabies that can never get enough to cry about...here it goes. I have a level 47 Paladin and was able to loot both the griffin feathered cloak and the hands of marr. So hahahaha Just wanted to keep the crybabies crying....OH and here's a tissue. Sob Sob

These gauntlets dropped on Solusek Ro in Rathe Mts also off the Blood Rage dragon. Not an easy guy to kill and only droped 2 times in the almost 5 hours I was there. Just after the second time he did drop everyone was getting resses and then the zone lagged. Some guy was organizing the Paladins that helped to roll on this then the zone crashed to...No loot for you. :(
Zone comes up everyone is eather dead or zoned out to Lake Rathe. Even people that weren't dead had corpses scattered all over, thank god for Bards.
Well now that I get to see the stats, probably would have worn these over my Iksar Scaled Gaunts and I'm a 51 Paladin. Oh well better luck next Holloween.

Last halloween, there were werewolves all over WC. Within 10minutes of the event starting, the zone crashed. At least that's how it went on Brell, not too sure of other servers. I don't know what happened in WC this year, because I was in the Karanas for the event there.

what would happen if they informed the entire player base of gm events in advance. Whatever zone the event was occurring in would crash from all the people there.

I was on the whole freakin weekend and did not participate or hear of any events that were happening. Is it just me or is it just B/S how GM events are. I would like to know when they are happening because I would ACTUALLY like to participate in one eventually.

Think about it like this:
If you were in france, in the middle ages, would you hear about events in spain before or during their happening? No. You would need to be visiting your neighbor in castille in order to witness something happening there.
Myself, I saw 2 events and heard of another in guild chat. Were I not engaged in helping a friend in guk, i would have participated in the third. I'm sorry to hear you haven't found any yet. I have heard a lot of good feedback from my friends who've been in 'em so far.

Well, it's almost a good analogy, but in france in the middle ages, they didn't have a bunch of druids and Wizards that will pop you off to spain in a blink of an eye, however we do. Also, it's a thirty minute run between the two cities, I think it was a little more to spain from france. So in all fairness he should have been able to see an event. I was also on all weekend and didn't find a single event, and I was running back and forth all night long. Oh well, always next year.
Ok, you want advance notice, here it is! Everquest site says events will continue until November 5. The zones I am aware of that have the events are: North ro, West Commons, East Karana, and Qeynos hills. Today is Nov. 3, so You've got your notice. Go play. If an event is not going on in one of these zones, It will start within about 2 real world hours.
