The Dark Hide Belt is NOT a result of the BiC quest. It is a drop off of either the Weaponmaster or Smith Rondo in Riwwi. This is a raid encounter Mob.

Smith Rondo is an NPC that has to be dealt with in the BiC quest. I think after succesfully dealing with this NPC you get a report to turn in on the boat. NO belt.

seems like a lot of the GoD drops are equivalent to the nicer Planar gear. Will definatley be doing most of my equipment hunting here!
